Screw-in cylinder, with spring return

Screw-in cylinder, with spring return

These screw-in cylinders are used as space-saving clamping cylinders and are characterized, among other things, by their compact design. Thanks to the internal stroke limiter, the cylinder can also be operated without a counter clamping surface.

These screw-in cylinders are used as space-saving clamping cylinders and are characterized, among other things, by their compact design. Thanks to the internal stroke limiter, the cylinder can also be operated without a counter clamping surface. The use of the double wiper reduces dynamic leakage.

Installation instructions:
The screw-in cylinder operates hydraulically, single-acting. It is reset via an integrated spring. The pressure oil is supplied via drilled channels. The cylinder is sealed against the base of the screw-in bore by a sealing ring. Due to the plunger design, ventilation of the rod chamber is unnecessary.

Important notes:
The cylinder can be loaded up to the maximum clamping force in the relaxed and retracted state.
maximum clamping force. Protect the cylinders from direct exposure to aggressive cutting fluids and coolants. General operating conditions and other information can be found in the catalog on the "Recommendations & parameters" page.
