Build-in pistons with threaded bushing

 Build-in pistons with threaded bushing

The built-in piston is a subassembly, which is integrated directly into

the fixture body. This fixture body has the features of the cylinder housing.

The advantage of this design lies in the minimized space requirement

of the clamping cylinder or operating cylinder.

The subassembly consists of a piston and a threaded bushing and

includes all seals. The threaded bushing is equipped as standard with

a metallic wiper as well as a soft wiper. The hydraulic oil is fed through

drilled holes.

The subassembly works hydraulically double-acting. This enables

pushing forces as well as pulling forces to be generated.

Use appropriate seals according to temperature conditions.

After tightening the threaded bushing it is necessary to secure it by

using the provided threaded pin. For this purpose an appropriate

small thread is fitted into the threaded hole of the bushing in which

the threaded pin is installed.
