Support element with thread and base flange plate

With these support elements, a spring presses the support bolt against the workpiece with slight pressure. The spring force can be adjusted using the integrated adjusting screw. Care must be taken to ensure that the workpiece is not lifted by the spring force during operation. Pressure screws (data sheet 1000-1) can be screwed into the internal thread of the support bolt for height compensation. The pressure oil is supplied either via a G1/4 threaded connection on the side or an O-ring flange connection in the base plate. The hydraulic clamping can be combined with the hydraulic clamping of the workpiece or carried out separately.

- Recommended minimum pressure: 100 bar
- Max. Support force: 60 kN at 500 bar
- Setting force: 40 N - 100 N, depending on stroke
- Basic position: extended
- Retract: against spring force

Safety instructions:
Lateral forces cannot be absorbed with support elements. If there is a risk of liquid penetrating the support element during machining, a ventilation line must be connected. The threaded hole of the support bolt must be protected from contamination with a sealing plug or screw-in element. Screw-in elements with a large mass can affect the function of the support element.
