We manufacture the rotary linear clamp ourselves in our modern machinery. All processes, except for the hardening process, are in our hands.
The rotary linear clamp with pneumatic position sensing is particularly suitable for clamping fixtures that only have limited space for the installation of clamping elements. The design and compact construction of the rotary linear clamps enable flexible solutions for a wide range of installation conditions.
The double-acting rotary linear clamps are tension cylinders and are used in clamping fixtures that are supplied with oil via drilled channels.
The linear stroke is used proportionally to swivel in the clamping lever, which fixes the workpiece. This means that the linear stroke can also compensate for fluctuating workpiece tolerances. To release, the clamping lever swivels back far enough so that the workpiece can be removed without collision.
The clamping lever is coupled to the piston rod. With double-acting rotary linear clamps, the clamping lever is opened or closed by the pressure medium.
