Locking cylinder hydraulic

Locking cylinder hydraulic

The single-acting locking cylinder is suitable for clamping moving machine tables. It is optionally equipped with one or two pistons.

The individual cylinder pistons are pressurized hydraulically via a central pressure system on a G1/4 threaded connection. Each piston has its own connection. The piston is relieved by reducing the pressure in the pressure system. The individual clamping cylinders can be integrated into the machine control system.

Important note:
The clamping cylinder has no safety device to prevent the piston from falling out. For this reason, it must not be pressurized if there is no clamping surface opposite the piston.

Safety note:
To increase operational safety when using clamping cylinders, we recommend the use of pressure monitoring in the clamping circuits. If possible, the clamping circuits should be divided into two, each secured with pilot-operated non-return valves.

Special features:

  • Compact design
  • High clamping forces
  • Monitoring of clamping pressure possible
  • Complete print utilization
