Work supports with threaded body and lower flange

When it is about avoiding vibrations and deflection while 

machining workpieces, work supports are ideal components.

In these models a spring advance the plunger with a low spring 

load against the workpiece. The spring load can be adjusted by 

an integrated set screw. Ensure that the workpiece cannot be lifted 

by the adjusted spring load during plunger advance. Contact bolts

can be screwed into the internal thread for height adjustment.

Pressure oil is supplied optionaly by a lateral G1/4 threaded port

or a manifold connection with O-ring in the lower flange plate. 

The hydraulic fixing of the plunger can be combined with the 

hydraulic clamping of the workpiece or separated.
